The existing content management workflows in the CMS were inefficient, slowing down the administration and launch of new courses.
Performance metrics needed optimization to ensure a fast, modern user experience for global IT and AI training participants.

Redesigned and implemented UI components to modernize the platform's visual identity and improve user experience
Optimized Payload CMS architecture for more efficient content management and course administration
Enhanced internationalization implementation using next-intl for seamless German-English language switching
Integrated Framer Motion for smooth animations and transitions across the platform
Improved responsive design to ensure consistent experience across mobile and desktop devices
Refactored server-side rendering logic for better SEO performance and faster page loads
